Like anyone, or most of us, we do our best to find nice accomodations
and great food at good prices.
We are also looking for wine values, that is a great wine at reasonable price
Spain has them!
We do splurge a bit and use the state-run Paradores as hay are a comparable value and add
to the historical experience of Spain. Paradores tend to have very good restaurants and
first class service.
We particularly like to enjoy their breakfasts which offer a wide selection of fresh foods and
