We do splurge a bit and use the state-run Paradores as hay are a comparable value and add
to the historical experience of Spain. Paradores tend to have very good restaurants and
first class service.

We particularly like to enjoy their breakfasts which offer a wide selection of fresh foods and
local specialities. They are a good value to start out the day. Paradores
