Our unique villa is one of a few custom-built homes built by

The villa is different from the typical Spanish home
|
with an artistic flair and flowing design.
|
It has been named Casa Mila because it is on Calle Mila
|
and to honor architect Antonio Gaudi 's Casa Mila in Barcelona.

Location
|

The villa is situated on top of the hillside south of Javea
|
in the Costa Nova Panoramica urbanization. It is suitably named!
|
Our home is on a large, very private, fenced plot (2600m) and in a quiet location
with little traffic. The lot is mature with gardens and many trees.
|
The Villa layout is generally flat with 3 steps down to the foyer and another 3
steps down to bedrooms. The secluded pool is located on a lower level
accessed from the dining/living rooms and
|
includes a large sitting area and small covered naya.
|
Casa Mila is 10 minutes from the Town, Port, Arenal (sand beach), shopping,
supermarkets, restaurants and nightlife.
|
The Villa is 5 minutes from the Cabo de la Nao Lighthouse and it's nearby area
restaurants and the beach at Grenadella.
|

Living Areas

The dining room has a beautiful view of valley
|
and a small lighted stained glass accent window.
|
There is a built-in masonry bar-b-que. next to dining room for charcoal or wood
grilling. This is traditionally Spanish for cooking in hot weather. There is another
new masonary poolside bar-b-que next to the naya
|
with perparation areas and a small sink for convenience.
|
The adjacent living room has a view of mountains or sea, and is equipped with a
wood fireplace, TV, VCR, and Stereo/CD player.
|

Leather furniture and wool area rugs accent the room.
|
The kitchen is brightly tiled with pantry, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and
microwave. There is a good kitchen equipment, beverage glasses
|
and dish selection for the chef and hostess.

There are two bathrooms for general villa access, one with shower.
|
There is one private bathroom (bath/shower) accessed directly from the
|
master bedroom suite.
|
An outdoor shower is located in the pool area.
|
The main level patio has an optional awning for the hot days.
|
There is a outdoor dining table and chairs for outdoor use.

We have a rooftop patio.
|
Central heat is available in the living areas for use during cooler months.

There is a portable gas heater for other cool evenings and mornings.
